Todd has been in the recruiting industry for over 23 years with 15 of those years dedicated to the healthcare industry. Todd is passionate about building a company that is based on hard work, strong morals and ethics, and doing the right thing at every turn for both the candidates and clients. Prior to founding TTF, Todd held senior management positions for regional and national staffing firms in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. Todd is a recipient of the Pinnacle Award, given to the top 2% of all recruiting professionals nationwide and is also a past president of the Arizona Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Fun Fact: Todd is a Colorado Native that moved to Arizona in 1999 with his wife and 2 kids. He has coached 30 seasons of youth sports and is a Play by Play and Color Commentary Announcer for Pinnacle High School football Internet Broadcasts. Todd loves to do impersonations, including former Presidents, Caddyshack, Scooby Doo, Crocodile Hunter, The Godfather and Looney Tunes. His 6,000 song IPOD is heard throughout the office, subjecting the team to songs that range from Classic Country to 1980’s Hair Bands and Hip/Hop. On the weekends, he loves to cook, golf, and spend time with family and friends.
Amy is a partner at TTF and she has spent the last twenty years of her recruiting career in a leadership role specializing in the healthcare industry. Prior to TTF, Amy joined a startup recruiting firm and was instrumental in growing the organization to over 200 clients and 10 million in revenue. Amy has a keen ability to recognize talent and a tenacious focus on delivering consistent results. Her passionate approach to work, and life in general, has resulted in a very loyal customer base and a solid reputation in the healthcare community. Amy has served on many healthcare boards such as AAHAM, HERe, and Women in Healthcare.
Fun Fact: Amy is originally from Minneapolis and moved to Arizona in 1992 to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from ASU, go Sun Devils! To say Amy is competitive would be an understatement. She won the Miss Arizona 1995 Body Building title and the neighbors often hear her cheering on the Vikings every Sunday. Amy is a proud mother of two rescue dogs named Max and Rita who play the roles of CEO and COO in their household and regularly attend meetings at TTF. Amy enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, specifically Carmel- by- the-Sea, listening to vinyl, volunteering at no-kill shelters, cooking, and loves anything creative!
